PTSD AND TRAUMA

As a therapist, I specialize in providing personalized support to help individuals navigate and overcome the complexities of trauma and resulting depression and anxiety. Your nervous system is still running on the outdated “Windows 95” of your childhood; it’s time for an upgrade. You want more than “practice deep breathing” every session. I utilize psychodynamic therapy as the foundation of each session.
CLINICAL CONSULTATION
Are you licensed but have clinical questions, and don’t know where to turn? I offer consultation based on your unique needs. Whether you need a one time consultation on a specific issue or presentation or you want to work on strengthening your therapeutic skills and approach, I would love to help. I also offer ongoing consultation around burnout, building a private practice, transference, and developing boundaries and a clinical frame in your work.
Accessible Online Therapy
I’m a part of PSYPACT, which means I’ve gone through additional accreditation to offer online therapy services across 41 US states. Although based in Colorado, I offer my therapeutic services to individuals nationwide, catering to those who may travel frequently for work, school, or other commitments.
This flexibility is conducive to continuity of care if you land a job on the opposite coast or embark on weeks of travel.
In essence, I can deliver virtual therapy to you as long as you are physically present in any of the states highlighted in light brown on the map. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re uncertain whether I cover your location!
